NRA Instructor & Chief Range Safety Officer
Royce is a retired U.S. Navy Captain with 30 years of active and reserve service. His active-duty career included work in the Navy Nuclear Power Program aboard the USS Bainbridge (CGN-25) and a tour as Training Officer at the Nuclear Power Training Unit in Ballston Spa, NY. He later served with the NAVSEA Strategic Sealift Program, where he was part of the team that designed and built the USNS Bob Hope (T-AKR-300). Following his retirement from the Navy, Royce became an NRA Instructor, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, and NRA Training Counselor with certifications in Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun, Reloading, and Personal Protection.
