No appointment is needed for most services — you can walk in during business hours and drop your firearm off with our gunsmith team. For complex builds, custom Cerakote, or long-gun sight-in services, we recommend calling ahead at 936-271-2620 so we can prepare.
Turnaround depends on the service. Quick cleans are typically same-day or next business day. Detailed cleaning, diagnostics, and simple repairs usually take 2–5 business days. Custom Cerakote builds range from a few days for single-color work to 1–2 weeks for complex patterns. We'll give you a timeline at drop-off.
Always. For all diagnostic and repair work, we assess your firearm first and contact you with a written estimate before any work begins. You'll never receive a surprise charge — if we find something beyond the scope of your original request, we call you first.
Yes — our gunsmiths work on handguns, revolvers, semi-auto pistols, AR/AK platform rifles, bolt-action rifles, lever-actions, pump and semi-auto shotguns, and more. If you have a rare or specialty platform, call us at 936-271-2620 and we'll let you know upfront.
Yes. We offer gun lock cutting for $45. Note that this service does not include trigger locks. Bring a valid photo ID and proof of ownership — we're required to verify that the firearm belongs to you before cutting any lock.
Our detailed cleaning includes full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of components, bore cleaning, inspection of all parts for wear or damage, proper lubrication, and a full function check before return. If we find any issues during inspection, we'll contact you with a repair estimate.
Yes. Gold members receive 10% off all gunsmith services. Club Crockett members receive 15% off plus one free quick clean per visit. Discounts apply to cleaning, repairs, sight-in services, and Cerakote work. Ask about membership at the front desk or visit our memberships page.
