Intermediate AR Level 1

This class is designed to build upon the knowledge learned in the Introduction to AR class.

This instructor-led downrange class includes safety essentials, confirmation of zero, and the use/operation of the AR-15 platform. Students work on drills that incorporate live fire using kinesthetic alignment, mechanical offset and holdover, getting out of the optic, effective shot cadence, recoil management, and the balance of speed and precision shooting.

Students Must Have

• AR style rifle with a sling and sighting system (iron sights or optic)
• At least 2 magazines
• 200 rounds of ammunition
• Hearing protection and eye protection
• Proper range attire
